Housed inside Fleming Station 1, Fleming Ambulance No.1 Inc. provides an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance which operates under a primary Certificate Of Need (CON) to the Town of Fleming. Fleming Ambulance No. 1 Inc. also holds a CON for the towns of Owasco, Scipio, and Springport.

In 2007, Fleming Ambulance No.1 Inc. separated from the fire department and established itself as a separate entity. Fleming Ambulance No. 1 Inc. is overseen by the Director of Operations (Fleming Ambulance Car 1).

Fleming Ambulance 1 is operates with a single ambulance which is a Type-III 2023 Wheeled Coach.

In 2022 Fleming Ambulance No. 1 Inc. was recognized by Central New York EMS as the CNYEMS Agency of the Year.
